Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept insurance. Optimized Health & Wellness operates as a cash-pay practice, allowing us to offer transparent, affordable pricing without the restrictions or delays often associated with insurance. In fact, our lab services and comprehensive care packages are often more cost-effective than going through traditional insurance-based models—without surprise bills or limited coverage. This approach allows us to spend more time with you, offer personalized care, and focus on what truly matters: helping you feel your best.
Are labs included in my appointment?
Yes! Comprehensive lab work is included with all new patient "Assessments" or "Packages." If you're scheduling a follow-up or sick visit, additional lab testing may be recommended based on your needs, and a separate fee may apply. We’ll always discuss this with you beforehand so there are no surprises.
How long is my appointment?
New Patient Appointments are scheduled for 45-60 minutes, giving us plenty of time to review your lab work, medical history, lifestyle, and goals in detail. Annual Physical appointments may last up to 90* minutes to allow for a more in-depth health review and preventative care planning. Labs are drawn ahead of time so we can focus your appointment on creating a personalized treatment plan without feeling rushed.
Follow-Up visits are scheduled 30 minutes but extended time is provided if needed, and available.

Yes! We offer both in-person and virtual appointments to meet the needs of your lifestyle. Virtual visits are a convenient option for those with busy schedules—allowing you to receive quality care from the comfort of your home or workplace.
We also love seeing our patients in person, and in some cases, an in-person visit may be necessary before starting certain treatment plans.
