Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept insurance. Optimized Health & Wellness operates as a cash-pay practice, allowing us to offer transparent, affordable pricing without the restrictions or delays often associated with insurance. In fact, our lab services and comprehensive care packages are often more cost-effective than going through traditional insurance-based models—without surprise bills or limited coverage. This approach allows us to spend more time with you, offer personalized care, and focus on what truly matters: helping you feel your best.
Are labs included in my appointment?
Yes! Comprehensive lab work is included with all new patient consultations at Optimized Health & Wellness. If you're scheduling a follow-up or sick visit, additional lab testing may be recommended based on your needs, and a separate fee may apply. We’ll always discuss this with you beforehand so there are no surprises.
How long is my appointment?
New patient assessments are scheduled for 60 minutes, giving us plenty of time to review your lab work, medical history, lifestyle, and goals in detail. Annual physical appointments may last up to 90 minutes to allow for a more in-depth health review and preventative care planning. Labs are drawn ahead of time so we can focus your appointment on creating a personalized treatment plan without feeling rushed.
What’s included in the initial assessment?
Your assessment includes comprehensive labs (drawn prior to your visit), a detailed review of lab results, medical and family history, lifestyle assessment, and a discussion of your goals. You'll receive a personalized treatment plan with options that fit your needs and budget.
Do you offer services for weight loss?

Yes! Our weight loss program includes body composition scanning, nutrition and lifestyle review, personalized workout development, hormone evaluation, and options for prescriptions or peptide therapy when appropriate.
Do you offer hormone therapy?
Yes, we provide hormone therapy for both women and men. Whether you're dealing with perimenopause, menopause, thyroid issues, or symptoms of low testosterone, we offer evidence-based, personalized treatment plans to restore balance and improve quality of life.
Can I use my HSA or FSA to pay for services?
Yes, our services are eligible for payment through Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). We recommend confirming with your provider to ensure eligibility.
